How long does shipping take?

Domestic Korea ships by parcel courier (택배, 우체국택배). No direct delivery or store pickup. Dispatch is within 1–3 business days after payment and packing. ₩3,500; free over ₩120,000. Overseas (China, Japan, Russia, United States) leaves Korea by 우체국택배 and travels as Korea Post EMS; arrival is within 14 days after dispatch. See the shipping guide.

Exchanges and returns?

On the mall, request a return on the order page within 7 days of delivery; after we confirm recovery, the refund goes through the payment method you used. The buyer pays return shipping for change of mind. No courier pickup. For a domestic return, send the parcel yourself (우체국택배). The address is in the returns guide. You can cancel before shipping.
